We have warehouses worldwide. Returns are easy and free for products with quality issues or damage. We offer a 90-day trial period. You can return or exchange your chandeliers with no questions asked, even if you’ve opened the package.

Please ensure that the product is well packaged if you plan to exchange or return it. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 90 days of receiving the package. If you have a specific chandelier design in your mind and did not find it on our website, we could be able to help as well.

Simply send us an email to support@lyfairs.com with the following information

  1. An image or simply a design drawing of the chandelier that you want.
  2. The specific color that you want for the base, like gold or chrome.
  3. The specific size about the width, depth and height, like W 32” X D 10” X H 10”. Not sure what size to choose for your space?
