The chandelier is beautiful. I absolutely love it and have gotten many compliments. I did have half of the raindrop crystals break (about 150). They were not properly packed. These are very fragile. After sending them pictures they sent me more that were carefully packed. It does take time to put the gold rings on the raindrop crystals and then to individually hang them but trust me it is worth the time. It is well built. Be careful bending the branches when you spread them and rearrange them. Expect a 4-6 week delivery time, but I communicated with them and they were good about responding. Well worth the wait. Thanks
